The Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) announced today that phase one of a significant construction project to restore the bridge deck (driving surface) of the Delaware Memorial Bridge (DMBNew )’s Jersey bound span is officially started.
The northbound span’s two (2) right lanes will be blocked indefinitely until soon before the Thanksgiving break.
The northbound bypass lane on the Delaware bound bridge is now open.
